The “Coach to Lead” program shares the values within the International Coaching Federation, to create social impact, build coaching cultures, and manifest the future by training soon-to-be and current coaches through the guidelines and core competencies of the ICF and the C-Me Behavioral Analysis program. The “Coach to Lead” program shares the values within the International Coaching Federation, to create social impact, build coaching cultures, and manifest the future by training soon-to-be and current coaches through the guidelines and core competencies of the ICF and the C-Me Behavioral Analysis program. After 12-weeks of learning and hands-on practice, graduates of this program will be proficient and certified (ICF and C-Me) in the following skills that match the values of the program. Students will learn foundational coaching best practices and ICF requirements (80% of coursework), how to implement leadership strategies, and how to use the C-Me psychometric assessment program (10%) to coach and consult at the highest levels (10%), equipping them with the knowledge and certifications to stand out in a crowded, but growing, industry.
- Integrity: We will learn the value of emotional intelligence and doing the right thing when nobody is looking. Leaders today MUST lead by example. Our foundational concepts are grounded in transformational leadership theory (Inspirational motivation, Individual consideration, idealized influence, innovation, and intellectual stimulation) and so much more.
- Commitment: Graduate will not only gain an understanding of how important being fully committed is to leading people and organizations, but they will gain coaching tools to be able to show others the importance of commitment.
- Advocacy: Graduates will learn our “Coach to Lead” approach where they will actively coach each other through real-world issues in a controlled learning environment.
- Respect: The number one rule in our course is that we will respect each other’s ideas, words, bodies, minds, and viewpoints. This is a safe place to learn and grow.
- Excellence: Our program has nothing short of excellence in mind. Graduates will leave with a world class accreditation through the C-Me psychometric profiling program as well as 60 hours toward the most notably recognized coaching certification - ICF.
